Then in the certificate window, the install certificate should be clicked.

After the complete process, restart the computer, open QuickBooks and download the update again.

First, we must set Internet Explorer as the default browser.
Then we have to check if the date and time the computer is correct.

Then we should update the entire setting by clicking on Tools and then selecting the Internet option. Select to “Delete” which is on the General tab. Then we have to select temporary Internet files and click “Delete”. Finally, we should choose LAN Settings on the Connection tab.
